Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, upon full payment all deliverables and custom code developed specifically for your project become your property. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and reusable components developed by DOMINIO remain our intellectual property and may be licensed for your use as part of the project.
Payment terms, schedules, and amounts will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
We commit to delivering projects within agreed timelines. However, timelines may be adjusted if scope changes are requested, required information or feedback is delayed by the client, or unforeseen technical challenges arise. Any timeline changes will be communicated promptly.
DOMINIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
